Testers get the app before launch and a direct line to the person building it. In return we'd like to know what confused you, what annoyed you, and what you stopped using after a week.

• We want the bad news The things that don't work are the whole reason you're here.
• No commitment Use it, ignore it, or tell us to stop emailing. Any of those is fine.
